  Channel Howard and her Brookfield staff are on point. They attended to all our needs and answered any questions or concerns with a down to earth attitude. When we had issues with the first rental she said no problem just bring it in and we will swap you out. She even gave us a courtesy shuttle to the auto shop after we turned in our rental (herself ). Very helpful and calm in a very hectic field. Kudo's. Thanks for all your generosity. We will see you again. The Santiago's

  Excellent customer service, this was my first experience getting a rental after my car accident and the staff made the process quickly and efficient. Thank you guys!

  My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service. I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!

  I wish a half a star was an option because one star is even too much for this location. Employees and management of this location have no empathy sympathy or courtesy towards customers. If you at all appear to be upset about a situation it's "no soup for you" at this location. If you're not sure what I mean by that last statement please watch the Seinfeld episode. Rather than trying to understand the customer and pivoting in order to help them they would rather push them out the door and not deal with them. When a customer walks in and the car they reserved is not available the staff does not need to lay blame on the customer such as "well you only made the reservation 24 hours ago" and "well you were supposed to be here at 9:00 a.m. it's 9:24 now even though you checked in online at 8:30 in the morning". Also demanding of a consumer to treat you with respect when you merely asked to be helped is something that's beyond my comprehension. Respect is earned. There is no disrespect when a consumer simply asks "why am I being charged more money for a car just because the car I reserved is not available". I truly believe that this location can be saved with proper training. In my 30 years dealing with Enterprise I've never felt so unwanted as a customer as I did when dealing with the Brookfield location.
