    The staff at Enterprise in Brookfield are amazing. They are always so helpful efficient and quick to get me in and out. They welcome my feedback each and every time that I rent a car and always call to follow up to make sure that everything was great with my rental. This is one location that I will forever be going to because of how wonderful the staff is here.

    I had a great experience with this location. Cormac was friendly from start to finish. I wish the location more parking available however that is beyond thrift control. I'll definitely recommend this location.

    Recently reserved a car there but when I got there I was rudely told that the car i reserved wasn't there. I asked why wasn't I called and their response was that their was no number to call, there was. Employee just brushed me off and told me to try a different location. When asked if he could verify elsewhere for me he said I had to do that myself, and that i had to leave cause he need to close already. It was barely 5:30pm they close vat 6pm.So much for making a reservation.

    From the beginning to the end my rental experience at Enterprise in Brookfield was a 10/10! Cormac was extremely helpful, so kind and patient, as well as his supervisor (apologies I cannot remember her name) she too was very kind and supportive of her staff. The rental car I was issued was great, dependable and clean!
