And they wouldn’t charge me they did and they ripped it out with A 25 dollar charge for 3 dollars on tolls witch had the plates on my app and spoke to the toll road and rented the car paid 1800 so they charge 25 for 3 dollars what a joke never again

Also, the vehicle had a strong oder of cigarettes. They do have a no smoking policy in their vehicles but we know people break the rules. They probably should have cleaned the fabric upholstery. Additionally, I did need to switch out a rental car due to an issue I felt they needed to look at and they made the process as easy as possible. I had to wait a day for an available similar vehicle which is understandable. I definitely would not give it a 5 star due to staffing shortages. Otherwise, fairly reliable service.
