  William not only took the time to find the replacement lights needed for my 2014 GMC, he also helped with replacing them! William is a great asset to AutoZone! I will definitely shop here again!

  Walked in to purchase a cabin air filter for my 2024 Kia Teluride , i was helped by a Manager named Dante he was very nice and quick , he said i could pair it with my Car oil as well as the filter but i declined since i had just gotten it done , regardless he was okay about it here’s where it takes a turn after installing my new air filter it had a rather strange scent not like a new filter but almost like someone farted on it and when i was leaving the store i could see Dante and his colleagues to be laughing as i walked out with what i thought would be a nice smelling new cabin air filter turns out they had a little fun with it

  Went for oil and a filter knowing most auto stores have sales. I looked around and found a few, but wasn't sure which filter I can get on sale so I went to an employee in the front to make sure, they scanned it and said no sale, didn't offer to locate the sales item or help further. Ok, I went back looked some more. Eventually they walked back I mentioned the sales sticker they didn't understand and instead thought I was mentioning the prices that were all over the place per their words (they were repricing) and walked away not helping ok. I grabbed a filter that was on the sticker under the oil liters and went to the front. Again scanned it no sale I told them it's on the sticker they went back with me looked and it said it, but was oil for smaller motors which was in small print placed in the wrong spot wasn't with the correct engine oil. I know there's a lot to know about cars I get that, but I'm more upset that I didn't get the help I was looking for, and if you don't know the answer at least try or find someone who does. The store was stocked, they greeted us nicely, clean, and changing prices at the moment. Was a time wasting experience all in all.
