I am not joking when I tell you it took 3.5 hours for a shower to become available. I had to leave without taking a shower. I tried to speak to a lady at the front and all she said was “we’re working on it”. Seriously, why? Don’t these people understand that we run on clocks? I believe Pilot and Flying J need to start evaluating their hiring practices a little better. Pay attention to your reviews and FIX whatever you need to fix.
