- AMAlexandra MarieApr 9, 20261.0This rental establishment doesn't serve the local Bradley/Bourbonnias community. My brother's car was hit, and he picked up a car that was not industry average with damage all over the vehicle but was "documented" and had a cigarette hole in the passenger seat. The proprietor and manager have pretty low standards considering this is acceptable to give a customer a vehicle while their car is being repaired due to an unfortunate situation. When asked for a "better" vehicle that they had in the lot, a Kona, he was told it would be an additional $10 a day. First, that's not an upgrade from my vehicle currently getting repaired and trying to extort money when the vehicle they gave him is a disgrace to the Enterprise brand and has visible signs of damage and negligence.

- CKClaude KellerMar 11, 20261.0Well after the big tornadic hail storm we called early morning to reserve a vehicle which we were supposed to be picked up at 11 and wasn't picked up so we went to their location in bourbonnais upon arrival saw the long lines didn't worry as we reserved a vehicle WRONG !!!!WHEN WE GOT UP THERE THEY SAID NO VEHICLES AVAILABLE WE WERE LIKE WE RESERVED ONE AND MORE/LESS TOLD TO PACK SAND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY. I was stunned i guess they don't understand the concept of RESERVED apparently
