The dispatch lady was very pleasant and quickly arranged a truck to my location within 15-20 minutes. The tow driver was exceptional. He quickly loaded my car onto his truck and got me to the tire store destination so I could get my car tire replaced (and be back on my journey) before the shop closed. He was also extremely personal as we had a nice conversation during the ride to the tire store. Highly recommend Menz Towing.

The tow truck driver was cheery and so very helpful. My car not starting started my day off with me being grumpy. They made it as pleasant as possible. Very thankful for the way they conducted business!
