  Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas las diera, tenía un auto reservado para las 9 am mi esposo fue por él y le dijeron que le iban a hacer cambio de aceite que a las 11 mi esposo esperó allí y le dijeron que los carros estaban delgados lo mandaron a otra agencia a 40 minutos y resulta que le dijeron que no le podían alquilar el auto por la dirección de la licencia, cuando una persona viaja de otro estado y tiene una dirección de ese estado en la licencia no puedo alquilar un auto con ustedes? Me parece injusto teníamos un viaje planeado y lo arruinaron todo perdimos más de medio día intentado alquilar un auto con ustedes y no conseguimos nada.
