  Extremely long waiting time and no honest assessment on how long it will take. A tire change (with an appointment booked days in advance) was told would take 1 hour due to being understaffed. Total time taken was 3 hours. I was also offered a free alignment check when making the appointment (listed my car’s make and model). Was again asked if I wanted to do the alignment by Jake at the front desk (after 2.5 hours of waiting) or if I wanted to skip it because it would be another 15 minutes. I agreed that I wanted it done. After 30 more minutes, Jake tells me they’re ready to collect my payment and that they do not perform ANY alignment checks for all German vehicles made after 2017 because “It’s super difficult and the technology to do it would cost them $60,000 to buy for the shop”. It’s a relatively small task, but the very conscious dishonesty about how long things will take and what services (that they advertise as perks to get your business) they’ll suddenly remember that they cannot perform ONLY when ready to take your money and it’s too much hassle to complain. Perhaps it was a rough morning in the shop, but the shady and dishonest practices have ensured I will not be returning to this establishment.

  Ordered Tires with the sales person over the phone asked if they wanted money down or anyrhing to make sure tires were there. Sales person assured tires would be there. My wife arrived checked in and then 20 minutes later they informed my wife the order never got there and they wouldnt be able to do the tires. Horrible Customer Service and policies. I wouldnt buy bike tires there. No management skills

  I came to Belle Tire for a safety inspection after hitting some road debris while traveling through the area after sunset. The assistant manager, Jacob, and the whole crew were so professional and quickly checked my tires, alignment and undercarriage, and ruled out any damage. And for no charge! They gave me the peace of mind to continue my drive and get home safely.

  I would give zero stars but it will not let you. Took our car in for an oil change in July. After completing the oil change and driving the car out of the parking lot the car would not shift properly, the transmission was slipping and the car shook while accelerating. Drove immediately back and was informed by the assistant manager that the service technician removed the wrong drain plug while doing the oil change and actually drained the transmission fluid from the car. The technician also failed to add transmission fluid back to the car before completing the oil change. Neither the technician nor the assistant manager relayed any of this information to myself during the completion of the initial oil change. This was all discovered after driving away, having the car not operate properly and immediately returning to Belle Tire. They then added fluid back to the transmission, but it seems the damage was done. Now after just a couple of months the transmission has started slipping significantly and a certified dealer has determined a new transmission must be installed at a cost of around $11,000. I have reached out to the local branch for assistance in paying for this, as the car never had any transmission problems until this occurrence, and they have been resistant to accepting responsibility for the damage, or paying for the new transmission. If you had a Subaru- be mindful in bringing your vehicle here for regular service and maintenance.

  Embarrassingly Incompetent Belle Tire managed to do the unthinkable: they called me to say they didn’t know how to jack up my car. That’s right — a tire shop admitting they don’t know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn’t mount my tires because they’re low profile. These are the same type of tires I’ve had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I’ve spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I’m taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.
