- JDJohn DavisSep 7, 20255.0Came In this morning to get a starter and I was able to look it up online last night to see if they had it in stock because most of the other locations within 50 miles didn’t have it in stock, it was in stock online and when I came in this morning it was in stock, I was able to go in purchase the part I need and it was very fast and the young lady even double checked with me to Insure we had the right part and it was the right part and I was in and out quickly, in fact I would have been faster but I am a talker so I was talking her ear off so I went In for a starter and was back out of the store in like 5 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly, very helpful. I wish I received that kind of service at every auto zone location.

I looked at the recipet and said it didn’t add up he couldn’t figure it out so he asked Keneth and this is where it went bad . Keneth said it’s because I got the upgraded filter and that there’s nothing he can do. I look at Colton and ask him did you say this was the upgraded one with an extra charge he lies and says “i don’t remember “ even tho he’s the one that told me and a friend it’s free. Then Keneth proceeded and told me he don’t have time for this and I can just deal with the manager ! I said is this how you treat customers? He said ya talk to the manager when he comes in . I said you should lose your job over how you are talking to me which there was a lot more he said “ I don’t care about this job and don’t need it “ worse experience ever
