They were very knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent service helping me get my car back on the road. Once I got the error code, I asked her if she could see what part I needed to order. She said it doesn't work that way and that I needed to find out myself. She told me to take a pic of the machine.... I went across the street to Auto Zone to purchase the $200 oxygen sensor.

I eventually found what i was looking for and placed the item on the counter where she was now on the phone. I waited and waited. I was there across from her looking at impulse items to kill time. At least 6 minutes had past and nothing. Not a nod or glace or a "hi." I put my item back. (I wanted to leave it there and storm out. But I took the high road.) I won't be back. So many orher places I can buy my auto related items.
