  These guys are the BEST!!! They are very polite and they explain EVERYTHING they are doing. They are clean and professional. They show me everything on computer, explain all pricing. I’m always very pleased when I come here. I highly recommend coming here. Today I had Eric and Joe. Thank you guys!!

  Got an oil change here less than 2 months ago for my personal car. I rarely drive this car, as I have a work vehicle I use Monday- Friday. Took this car on a 9 hour road trip out of state. The second I pulled in the driveway of the house I was renting- "check oil pressure prompt" came on. I managed to limp the car to the closest mechanic. He inspects the car in front of me and I can see that the oil drain plug damn near fell off the second he went to look at it. Prior to him even doing any work I could see there was a pool of oil underneath the car. He told me that it wasnt properly tightened by whoever did the last oil change. He had to put in 4 quarts of oil and I have no idea if there will be permanent damage to my engine. I'm still 4 states away. I called strickland and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation to him and he tells me theyd need to examine it as if im supposed to drive it all the way back into state, pray the engine doesn't explode, and hope i make it there so they can look at it, like they are mechanics! He doesn't apologize, nor does he offer to refund any of my money at all. Doesn't ask how he can remedy the situation. I asked for a refund and he said he couldnt. Didn't bother to ask my name or to confirm that I was even there, let alone inquire about an invoice or work order from this mechanic. This is what happens when the people employed to work for a spot dont even look old enough to vape let alone have any type of career related experience and this is the type of response you get when "management" has zero customer relations experience and is apathetic. I will absolutely never go to this location again or any others for that matter, and I encourage others to follow suit unless you want your engine to blow up and to then be told to push it on into the shop so they can confirm exactly how inept they are at doing their jobs. Maybe then you'll get a "my bad" from the "manager".

  Today was my first time at Strickland Brothers and I look forward to going back. I am a Senior and just want to go in and take care of business and go home. The guys today were very helpful and didn't try to upsell everything. I appreciated that the most. They were nice to work with.

  I had a great experience. Friendly people working there and they made sure I knew what was being done and what the costs would be. The bays were occupied so it took took a couple of minutes before I was waved in, after that it probably took approximately 10 minutes to complete my oil change. I would highly recommend Strickland Brothers to others.

  Great customer service! I got my Oil done, license plate light bulb replaced, filter replaced, and tires filled. The guys who work there are awesome. They communicate everything clearly along the way and work quickly and efficiently. I love that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend this place! The only reason I'm marking it as reasonable price and not great price, is because at the dealership for the same price you get a full car inspection done. The oil change I got was $89.99 I believe but I had a coupon for $15 off. So it's not terrible!
