    Been getting my oil changed for 2 years here, I go to get one today Jan.10th and told they can’t because I have a “plastic oil pan” and if they break it they’re “liable”. When asked when did this go into effect he just said he doesn’t know just that his coworker told him this. Extremely disappointing as my entire family goes here and I’ve been coming for 2 years.

    Beyond disappointed with my experience here - I waited in line for 3 hours and confirmed that I wanted both a tire rotation and oil change from the beginning inside. I noticed each car in front of me was taking over an hour, but when the car in front of me went in I was told it would be 10 mins. As soon as that car left, I was told the lift was not working and that my service would not be able to be complete. Credit where credit is due - the staff is very friendly but I could have been told at any point that the service couldn’t be completed instead of sitting in line hopefully. Candidly not sure how you can advertise 10 minute oil changes if each car is taking over an hour

    Honestly best place to go, especially compared to Jiffy. They keep there shop looking CLEAN, the workers waste ZERO time, and I’m out of there pretty damn quick. Even on busy days I’ve been in and out. They top off all fluids including a quart of oil for free as well. On top of all that, I’m a Marine Corps Veteran and they give a freaking 25% discount! I’ve only been recommending them ever since i started going there.
