It took them six hours to install my new tires, and they completely messed up my alignment and balancing. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 more per tire than what I was initially quoted. I scheduled an appointment to resolve the issues, only to find out that no one was available to handle my alignment when I arrived. The manager seemed incompetent, unable to address simple problems and unaware of the operations in his own shop, and he was quite rude throughout the process. I usually refrain from leaving reviews unless my experience is exceptionally good or bad, but in this instance, I feel compelled to caution others against wasting their valuable time.
