So, so great. Honest, helpful, conscientious and considerate. Thankful I have a place I can send my mom when I’m not there to take care of her. So much better than the other place down the road.

I don’t typically write reviews and the fact that i have to write a BAD one is out of character . I do not want to use names as i don’t want this employee getting in trouble for something that may have not been his fault entirely . I called early afternoon if i was able to do a walk in appointment as i had gotten a flat overnight and since i owned snow tires i asked if they’d be able to put them on for me and replace the current tires my car had with them , i was told that was fine , the price being around $100 to replace all 4, not that bad , i drop my car off , the employee asks to look at the tires to make sure they match the right size and gets my license plate number / car info, im told all is good and i’ll get a call back when its ready . About 2 hours later i get a call that they can’t put my snow tires on my car because they’re “used tires “ and per company policy they cannot put them on my car which wasn’t told to me on the phone OR when the employee literally looked at them when he was checking the size to see if they match . unfortunately i really need the tire changed so i had to just give in and go back in a second time to buy a new tire to replace my flat since i can’t go to another tire shop as they’re all too far from me and/or closed . Now another 2 hours pass by so they can change my ONE tire ( i’m not completely upset at how long it was taking since i was a walk-in appt, i am just upset at how this all turned out very inconvenient ) and i get called that it’s ready for pick up. Here i come in a third time and i pay for the service but that’s my fault i guess for paying first before seeing my car but the employee was on a phone call w another customer and had me pay $140+ for one tire and to do the air balance on the tire , and i see that my car is still in the parking lot , with the flat tire still on. i ask the employee at the desk if i was to pay and then they would do the tire change but then that wouldn’t have made sense bc why couldn’t i pay earlier ? he said that it was done and then told me a whole different car that wasn’t mine . he went to the back of the shop and i’m assuming he either didnt fill the form/paperwork correctly and they replaced a whole different car’s tire , which would be strange because i told them i had a flat tire , or the people in the back read the wrong file / just never got around to actually servicing my car . Anywho i now am out a car and have to leave it overnight and wait until the next morning which is very inconvenient because i now have to ask my workplace if i can start at a later time since this shop doesn’t open until 8am and i start at 7am. Unfortunately i don’t think i will be returning to this shop location and will be getting my other 3 tires at another location or company in general .

Worst service I've ever received!!! Supervisor is very confrontational!! And I quote "This is not a slave ship and I'm not cracking no whips just because you all have to wait!!! " End quote. I had an 11am appointment. I was told 1hr for service. 2 hours later my car is still on the rack with no tires on!! Absolutely unprofessional behavior!!! HOPE this person is a supervisor is beyond me!! I'm so angry and disappointed!! I absolutely will never come back to any Mavis again!!!

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire, and I especially want to shout out Rick for his outstanding service. From the moment I pulled up, Rick was welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything going on with my vehicle, breaking it down in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel rushed or confused. He didn’t just tell me what was wrong—he actually showed me and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Rick was very transparent about pricing, timelines, and recommendations, and he checked in throughout the process to keep me updated. The service was quick and efficient, but still very thorough. I left feeling confident, well-informed, and genuinely taken care of. If you come here, ask for Rick—he truly goes above and beyond.
