I kindly explained that I didn’t know my that my paused membership would get reinstated once I went to the car wash. I was planning on using my points but NO WHERE does it say that if I go through the car wash would my membership be reactivated. I went in blind and now they won’t refund me. I find it unfair. I’ve never done this before and they can’t help me!!!! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!!!
