Went here on 2/15/26 for a car wash and they were expectedly busy as it was nice outside. I purchased a wash, and when I looked at my receipt I was charged for the membership and a wash, so $40 instead of $20. As soon as I exited the wash, I parked in a vacuum stall and found an employee to get a refund of the $20 for the membership that I didn't want. When he pulled up the transaction, it showed only $20 instead of the $40 they actually charged me. I had the receipt on hand and showed the transaction in my bank account on my phone. He told me he would take my info and a manager would call me the next day. The manager did not.
I called customer service on 2/16, 22 hours after the transaction, and told them what happened and requested a refund. They cancelled the membership and stated they would send my claim to the refund department.
The refund department sent me an email on 2/17 stating "Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for your pay station membership purchase at this time due to our company policy. In your case, your refund request has been denied because the service has been used beyond the eligible period for a refund. Also, pay station purchases are not eligible for discounts."
The request was initiated right away. I don't want a discount or a full refund, all I wanted was the $20 back for the membership I didn't want to sign up for. I only used the wash once, have not used it again.
Poor customer service. Fraudulent charges. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will be leaving reviews with my experience.

Not sure what the purpose of having “member only” lanes when everyone can go through. The 3rd time I went, a person was at the kiosk so long trying to use it that people began blowing their horns. Maybe take away the member only lanes or make it so only members can use it. Plus this wash can never get the back of my vehicle clean. I’m going to have to cancel my membership and drive a little further to a different car wash where I’ve seen members just breeze through.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable service failure and unprofessional conduct by your manager, JACK, at your location on January 9, 2026, between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
I am a premium membership holder paying top-tier rates for your highest level of service. Despite this, I have experienced recurring issues that were never disclosed at the time of registration. Your system consistently fails to read my custom license plates, requiring manual intervention at every visit. This is a known limitation of your system that should have been communicated upfront when I registered my vehicle. The failure to disclose this incompatibility demonstrates a lack of transparency with your customers.
On January 9, 2026, I received a premium wash where most of the brushes failed to operate properly. I paid for your top-tier service and received substandard results. When I returned to address this issue with the check-in associate, I was told the manager would not rewash my vehicle and had "done what he could." This is completely unacceptable. I am paying premium rates and expect premium service delivery without exception.
When I requested to speak with the manager, no one initially responded. After pulling forward through the gate, your manager Jeff approached me with an extremely hostile and unprofessional demeanor. His conduct was as follows:
JACK claimed my vehicle has aftermarket bumpers and a winch, stating "you don't get that wash" and referring to a "6 billion dollar machine” which cannot wash your car with after market winch. This statement is factually incorrect and demonstrates his lack of knowledge. My vehicle is a Jeep Rubicon with factory-standard equipment including the tire size, bumper, and winch. These are stock components, not aftermarket modifications. His assumption that anything unfamiliar to him must be aftermarket is both ignorant and insulting.
When I explained that I am a premium member paying for full service, Jeff told me to "go cancel your membership." This is an outrageous response from a manager to a paying customer raising legitimate service concerns.
JACK refused to engage in professional face-to-face communication and displayed contempt for basic customer service standards. His behavior was dismissive, confrontational, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a management position.
This incident raises several serious concerns that demand immediate corporate attention:
First, if my vehicle is incompatible with your premium wash service due to its factory specifications, why was I never informed of this limitation when I registered? I have received the premium wash successfully on every prior visit without issue. This sudden claim of incompatibility appears to be a convenient excuse to avoid accountability for today's equipment malfunction.
Second, I previously held a premium membership at Encore Car Wash, which operates significantly more advanced equipment than your facility. I never encountered any issues there with this same vehicle in its current configuration. The suggestion that my stock Jeep Rubicon cannot be accommodated by your equipment is both implausible and contradicted by my service history at your own location.
Third, your manager's hostile response to a legitimate service complaint is unacceptable. Customers paying premium rates deserve professional treatment and service recovery when issues arise, not dismissive hostility and suggestions to cancel their membership.
I am formally notifying Jets Brite corporate management of this incident.
JACK mentions he is the manager but I highly doubt he itself is the owner - we will see !
