    I love this place but one complaint: I have a truck and the license plate number has a B at the end but their machine always is unable to read the last B so I have to interact with a person and it slows down every car in my lane so I feel bad. Please fix it And it’s so annoying to see the only one non-member lane gets processed faster

    Canceled membership per new policy with no exception. I work at a dealership, so my permanent plate is a dealer plate for my daily driver. Not a scammer trying to clean their whole lot at a discount. Sucks they dont want my business because proximity is prime with 2 locations in the area.
