A month ago the car wash equipment malfunction while my vehicle was going through their car wash service. File a claim with one of the manner on site and a few days later they send me an email saying that they couldn't be responsible because there was already damage on the trim.
A SMALL dent to the bottom of running board couldn't have cause their equipment to malfunction ending up getting stuck to the running board of my vehicle.
After reviewing the response from the claims department, I requested the video evidence they reviewed for this matter. As you can understand the video evidence is very important to why and how they made their decision but both parties should be able to see what happen because my vehicle did not go in the car wash with a significant damage which is the metal trim on the ground and the black trim fully folder outwards.
Before going in the car wash there was an existing dent below the running board. Which I'm not disputing. I'm disputing the fact that your equipment malfunction and pulled off the black trim outwards which consequently pulled the metal trim off halfway and bend it backwards til the point of touching the floor. During that time the car wash stopped and thier employees failed to check upon the safety of the customers. My wife that was with me at that time and we didn't see any one from your staff walking down the alley to make sure there was no issues involving any cars or equipment. We also felt how our vehicle "shook" like if something had gotten stuck on the right side of the vehicle.
I've used thier car wash for many many years since it open in bolingbrook and had never had an issue. My wife and I have had memberships for multiple cars I've owned during these years and recently converted our membership to a multi-plan membership. I would really hate to ruin this great relationship we have as customers with your car wash facility over this issue.
The bogus claim of my car being previously damaged ( which it was small dent of the bottom of the running board) is not the cause of their equipment malfunction that could of cause more damages.
Its obvious that if my car would of had the trim pulled outwards 90 degrees (not just a dent) with the metal trim bend halfway backwards and touching the floor then I wouldn't even try going in the car wash but that was not the case.

It's been a month since I send multiple emails with follow ups and no answers... They don't mind charging the crazy prices but yet can't seem to have people following up on emails trying to solve customer issues with their business... SMH... Next stop would be getting the news outlets involved...

Went here on 2/15/26 for a car wash and they were expectedly busy as it was nice outside. I purchased a wash, and when I looked at my receipt I was charged for the membership and a wash, so $40 instead of $20. As soon as I exited the wash, I parked in a vacuum stall and found an employee to get a refund of the $20 for the membership that I didn't want. When he pulled up the transaction, it showed only $20 instead of the $40 they actually charged me. I had the receipt on hand and showed the transaction in my bank account on my phone. He told me he would take my info and a manager would call me the next day. The manager did not.
I called customer service on 2/16, 22 hours after the transaction, and told them what happened and requested a refund. They cancelled the membership and stated they would send my claim to the refund department.
The refund department sent me an email on 2/17 stating "Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for your pay station membership purchase at this time due to our company policy. In your case, your refund request has been denied because the service has been used beyond the eligible period for a refund. Also, pay station purchases are not eligible for discounts."
The request was initiated right away. I don't want a discount or a full refund, all I wanted was the $20 back for the membership I didn't want to sign up for. I only used the wash once, have not used it again.
Poor customer service. Fraudulent charges. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will be leaving reviews with my experience.

Not sure what the purpose of having “member only” lanes when everyone can go through. The 3rd time I went, a person was at the kiosk so long trying to use it that people began blowing their horns. Maybe take away the member only lanes or make it so only members can use it. Plus this wash can never get the back of my vehicle clean. I’m going to have to cancel my membership and drive a little further to a different car wash where I’ve seen members just breeze through.
