  They sell faulty batteries here. I got mine in September and it already burned out four months later. They sold me the wrong battery, I pointed it out when they were replacing it on the spot because one could clearly see it was the wrong size. The young girl doing the transaction and replacement, went inside and brought out the new battery and finished the job. I didn’t think much of it but now that I had to return it, I found out that I overpaid for the battery because she got it wrong in the system and she never gave me the change. On top of that she never gave me a receipt and the transaction was removed from my account with them because of her mistake that she just deleted from the system as opposed to fix it. So I now cannot get the full return money because of this employee’s mistake and not to mention she asked for the card to match the receipt that she had to dug from their system, but then said it was not necessary because she can only do cash for returns. So they sold me the wrong battery, charged me for a faulty battery and then stole money from me. Horrible place to do business with. Take your money elsewhere

  I've been having issues with my car lately and have been doing all of my own repairs. Luis has been super helpful at getting me the parts that I need or ordering them for me when they're not in store. I had a new fuel pump that was damaged out of the box and Luis actually went to one of their stores in the city and got it for me since my car was out of commission, a true all-star and asset to your company.

  I went to do quick run to get some oil. Someone did greet and show where the oil I needed is. Then he turned around and told me an oil on Clarence saying its 5w-30. Which i was like oh good, my lucky day. I should've look on the container and it clearly said 5w20 and should've told him but I was in a rush and my car was burning up. I didnt notice until I put some of the oil in. I called up and told them the guy mistakenly sold me the wrong oil and they just straight told me I needed to get another oil change and can't refunded me. Thank goodness I went to Strickland Brothers and they helped me with no charge! Will not be back at this location I dont think.

  Today, Luis Martinez installed a new Duralast Gold car battery for me at the Weber location. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Luis noticed something under my hood that could have been a future problem. I was able to quickly resolve it and the potential problem has been averted. Luis went the extra mile for me. His customer service skills are superb! Every time I come to the Weber location, all the staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
