Sadly, the Nissan rogue had engine troubles, 90 minutes into my road trip. When I called back asking for a manager, they just transferred me to roadside assistance. They wouldn’t replace the rental where I was stranded. The only option was to return the car and to start over again.. You shouldn’t treat customers this way
