We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jason. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we wanted not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to our needs, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel pressured.
What really stood out was his dedication. He went above and beyond to track down the exact car we had in mind, keeping us updated every step of the way. When it came time to finalize everything, he made the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

I recently purchased a new car, and O'Brien team made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Brian Read was awesome/fun to work with he made the process completely headache-free, and I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours.
This is my second vehicle from O’Brien, and my first one is still running strong after 13 years, which speaks alot about their quality and service! Highly recommend!

The experience at O’Brien Kia at Bloomington, IL was really smooth. Jaykeb Stewart made our experience really great. He was upfront and honest about everything. He promised the new car within 2 weeks and we got it in one. No push sell on their part. Communication on part of Jaykeb was impeccable. He kept us informed about everything. Thanks O’Brien Kia and Jaykeb in particular.

I have driven Nissan vehicles for the past 18 years but the 2026 Murano/Rogue SUVs were larger than what i was looking for. The Hyundai KIA Sportage was the only SUV that peaked my interest when i drove through the car lots. Jaykeb Stewart was the sales professional at O'Brien Kia Bloomington who helped to make my decision a fairly painless one from start to finish. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining features of how my new vehicle operated. I felt I was given a fair trade in amount for my Nissan and got all the features I wanted on my new Kia at a fair price with good warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jaykeb or O'Brien Kia

Went here because I figured I’d be in good hands compared to an average auto shop. Ended up getting a new engine in my optima due to recall. I then noticed over the next few days that I was leaking coolant due to it being unclamped. Went back and got it fixed, no problem. Then, the next month a check engine light pops up so I go back to see if it pertains to the new engine. Alex Parra said that it would take an hour to get a code so I chose to wait. 3 HOURS LATER he tells me that my fuel injector is malfunctioning. Something that should have been replaced during the recall, how do you replace an engine but not the injectors? He then proceeds to quote me at $800 for ONE. I said that is an outrageously inflated price and he rebuttals by saying that I can save by getting them all done for $2500 or go on a payment plan. Ended up going to an auto shop I trust and got all 4 done for $800 total. Alex Parra then charged me $200 for the code reading since I chose not to get the crazily inflated labor done. Alex Parra is the sole reason I will NEVER be coming back. I had a good experience with other service representatives but his demeanor and attitude throughout the whole interaction is unacceptable. Alex Parra is not the guy you want helping you so please ask for someone else.
