- MUmustafa ubur3 days ago1.0I’m a truck driver and had a frustrating experience here. I went in to get diesel and DEF, and the cashier, Jasmin, did not scan my Pilot app even though I clearly asked multiple times. After I signed, I asked again why my app wasn’t scanned, and she said she didn’t hear me. Then she told me to go fuel and come back later to scan it, which doesn’t make sense. On top of that, I was given the wrong receipt by another cashier. I had to go back inside and wait while they said there was a problem with the pump. Eventually, the manager had to step in to give me the correct receipt. Overall, poor communication and disorganized service. This caused delays in my work and made the experience stressful. I believe that they stole my points .
