    Jenai, Matt and Louisa were particularly helpful with a couple recent rentals. They made handling a couple one-way rentals super easy. And they were all remarkably knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenai even took care of moving one of my rental returns to the correct parking spot (I had parked it in the incorrect area) after she finished her shift. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at BMI (Bloomington IL airport) any chance I get. Highly recommended!

    Enterprise gave me a roach-infested vehicle and left me stranded for a day! I’ve rented from this location before and got a dirty car, but this time was beyond disgusting — the car was infested with roaches. When I opened the door, they were crawling all over the seats, console, and floor. I called immediately and was told a replacement would come the next morning, but it never arrived until late afternoon, causing me to miss a full day of work. I have pictures and videos to prove it. Completely unacceptable and unforgettable — for all the wrong reasons.

    Book a car online and then told at pick up they cannot accept a debit card for payment and must be a major credit card.
