  The auto shop who did my repairs set up the rental car, which was very nice. This is the first time I've had to get a rental car through insurance, so I knew very little about the process. My insurance company told me the cost of this car would be covered under my insurance. I confirmed this with the Enterprise agent who also said yes, the full cost would be covered. Then I got a bill for taxes that weren't covered. Enterprise never told me the specific dollar amount that the rental would cost each day. I took their word and my insurance agent's word that it would be covered. I won't do that again. I wouldn't have driven the rental car for the entirety that my car sat at the auto shop (not totally fixed, but drivable) as they waited on final parts for over two weeks. I honestly felt scammed. Then, I get a bill telling me I owe for this rental car, when I hadn't yet received a receipt from Enterprise. I had to reach out to them and request it. When I asked them "Whose responsibility was it to specifically tell me how much this rental would cost daily?" He said it was his. I asked him why he hadn't told me. He said he wasn't sure and he was sorry for that lack of information. I don't mind paying, but I expect clear and upfront communication about costs. This was not the case, and I indicated that I felt it shouldn't be my responsibility to pay. I had to pay of course though.

  Horrible experience. I will never use this company again. The customer service was awful. The employee was incompetent.

  TL;DR: If you need to rent a car in town (not at the airport), this is your place! We’ve been in between a 2nd vehicle for a few months, so have used this Enterprise location several times now. Customer service has always been great, the vehicles have been solid, and when there was an issue with one of the rentals (had to wash it), I was compensated at turn in time for my efforts. Location is decent, think of of it as South Mercer instead of South Veteran’s if that helps!

  No policy for weather issues. Just a huge screw ya see you later. I won't rent from them anymore. Flight issues due to storm had to change airports. Dropping it off a day early and the price trippled to almost 800 extra. Uber cost 200.00. Shame on you. Boycott
