    Manager Brandon is the absolute best! The place was closed at the time but he stepped in and went above and beyond for an urgent repair. Really great place

    Had a great experience here. Manager Brandon Shafer is awesome. He clearly and thoroughly explained to me what my options were and what his team was doing every step of the way. He even found ways to save me money; I went in thinking I needed certain work done and he provided cheaper options that I hadn’t even thought of. A good, honest auto shop is worth their weight in gold, and I can’t say enough good things about this Car-X team. I will definitely be going back.

    Would like to shout out to the gentleman brandon that helped me out the other day. I came in to get my brakes fixed as I do not know much about cars. He was very personable, professional, and friendly.

    I recently needed a tune-up and was fortunate enough to visit Car-X. From the moment I called, the manager, Brandon Schaefer, was incredibly accommodating and got me in right away. His professionalism and customer-first attitude made the whole process stress-free. The real standout was their lead technician, Steve Martin. He did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car. It's clear that Steve is highly skilled and takes pride in his work. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I’m grateful for how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend Car-X for anyone in need of reliable auto repairs!
