Other places said they could not help me but Albert at AutoZone said of course he could help. He went out in the cold and had it done in just a few minutes. He was extremely professional and helpful. - RSrebecca slaterDec 31, 20255.0Absolutely love this location! I went to have my battery checked after our recent cold spell. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly team member. Then TJ (Store Manager) came out to do the actual check. He was very efficient and even offered to check my alternator. He ran the tests twice as a double check - just to make sure - since I was driving out of town later that day. After this was completed, I asked him for recommendations on how/where I could resolve a problem I had encountered. Earlier in the day, my spare key had fallen in between my radiator coils and landed in the tray underneath. TJ didn't hesitate to check it out - instead of offering recommendations he dove right in - he used outside the box thinking and multiple tools. After about 30 minutes and much hard work and dedication he retrieved my key. I couldn't believe he did it and didn't give up! I was thrilled and thankful! So grateful for all of TJ's help! FANTASTIC experience all around! Great shop! Great staff! Great management! Great customer service! I highly recommend this location. Fast, friendly, trustworthy, and honest! I will be using them for all my future auto parts needs!!! Thank you, AutoZone Bloomington! Thank you, TJ!

I think she is a credit to your store and company !! Thank You, Tom
