  Yesterday I came into the AutoZone off veterans and at first I was disappointed because I saw a lot of employees standing around the register at the very end laughing and not one of them acknowledged me. Then a gentleman came from the back and immediately acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. He was tall with a beard, I believe his name was Caine. He was nice and seemed very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to help me get the right parts I needed and explained all the details thoroughly. Not once did he complain that I had a lot of questions and took a lot of his time. If it wasn’t for the initial experience of being ignored by the two ladies and men at the end I would definitely give this store 5 stars! Thank you again Caine! I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing parts, especially if Caine is working.

  Will absolutely not shop at this location if I can help it. After parking in the lot I was approached be an employee and was told I had to move my vehicle because where I was is the spot they park the work vehicles. This employee was not in a regular white truck with auto zone one the side but what looked like his own personal truck. I mentioned to him there is no signage saying customers should not park there and I'm going in for one thing and I'll be quick. While there where several other spots he could have momentarily parked his truck at he wasn't having it and said I had to move. Im not arguing with yhid kid so I just left and went down the road to advanced auto and was treated much better.

  the manager/owner at this store i forgot her name. she is seriously the kindest and honest person. huge heart. most definitely deserves the title she has and more!

  I stopped in to buy headlight bulbs and to my surprise they installed them for me which as it turned out that saved me hours of frustration. This was my second visit and both times they were very good to work with. They understood exactly what I needed and were very helpful. Great job!

  Remy was very helpful and so nice when changing my battery. The other sales associate was attentive in making sure I had been helped while waiting for my battery to be changed.
