Appointment set at 830am...still sitting here waiting at 1010am. All it is was a simple oil change and I'm the only vehicle here. Not sure what the cost will be but I can guarantee it's more than it should be.

I have been coming to this shop for at least 5 years now. Most shops are stereotypical and always treat me like I’m a dumb young woman. No matter the visit, they have never once tried to upsell me anything, if anything they actually do their best to apply discounts! They are always very quick with services, yet always take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Prices are affordable! I’ve never once had any issues. I’m moving out of state soon and I know I won’t find a shop like them again.

Had a great experience here. Manager Brandon Shafer is awesome. He clearly and thoroughly explained to me what my options were and what his team was doing every step of the way. He even found ways to save me money; I went in thinking I needed certain work done and he provided cheaper options that I hadn’t even thought of. A good, honest auto shop is worth their weight in gold, and I can’t say enough good things about this Car-X team. I will definitely be going back.
