I went in to have a flat tire evaluated and spoke with Dre who told me that they could fix the problem, it was just a leaky plug from a previous tire. I was relieved because I wasnt sure I could save the tire. I felt better after he told me it was easy to fix instead of buying a new tire. Thank you Mavis and thank you Dre!

This place is awesome! I had 2 stripped screws and couldn’t change my headlight bulb. After some fighting with the rusted screws, my bulb was changed in no time… and for an amazing price! Thank you guys!

I bought brand new tires from this location a couple years ago. Recently, I went to Mavis Tires in Bloomingdale in December for low tire pressure for these same tires (we don't drive many miles daily). I already knew the problem was corrosion on the rims and they needed to be cleaned up (sanded, sealed, etc.) Within a couple hours the manager called me back to pick up the vehicle. I returned the car home and within 5 days it started losing air again. So, during the holidays, (very busy time of year) I went back to Mavis, and explained I wanted all the tires off the rims, and the rims wire brushed and sanded and then put the black sealant on before putting the tires back on. To my dismay, they did not even fix the issue but rather just threw MORE black sealant around the rims. I drove the car home and by the morning, every tire was low 6 lbs of air. Since then, I had to fill air in my tires every other day. I went to Belle Tire, and they showed me the rims were never cleaned up. Mavis lied to me and cost me money. I had to pay Bell Tire $60 to fix this when it was covered at Mavis. Additionally, they had me filling air in my car every other day wasting my time. Don't trust this place.
