Mavis called me to confirm at 8:30am, day of appointment. I asked on the call if the tires were in, they said yes. Arrived at appointment at 10am and was told the tires won’t be in until 2pm. Wasted time and didn’t appreciate the lie. Find a respectable tire shop for your next business.

Never thought I'd write a review about an oil change but wow this was bad. No price quoted at drop off, was not informed when it was ready even though I was in the waiting room. They were unable to tell me battery life, if the tires were rotated or tire life until I asked for more details. Tire pressure, tire pressure gauge and sticker were not taken care of when I received my keys. After coming back and getting the tire pressure gauge and pressure fixed they told me I was good to go. Had to come back again to get the sticker that was still missed. Still not sure if my tires were rotated. They refunded me after I asked twice. Also there was someone else in the lobby that had to call the cops because they blew out the transmission in their Audi, leaving some of our valuable healthcare workers without a ride in the height of flu season. Again I don't usually leave reviews like this but wow this was bad!
