- SSSd574Dec 10, 20251.0I had a problem with my car, and the front end was wobbling. I took it to my mechanic, and he said the tires, which had 6000 miles on them were bad. I took it back here for them to review it. They said the problem was all mechanical, not the tires. I took it back to my mechanic, and the 4 separate issues that Belle tire flagged, my mechanic showed me were fine. Nothing was broke like Belle tire claimed was the problem. Just bad tires. Don't purchase from Belle tire. They will sell you bad tires, and then not stand behind there warranty!
- SSSalman SadruddinDec 4, 20251.0Worst and really worst service. I had an appointment at 9.30 and I was there by 9.15. After an hour and 45 min they took my vehicle in at 11.15 and got out at 12.15. It took 3 hrs for them to install new tires. The other client showed up at 10am as he also had an appt. After he sat for 45min he asked the worker as how much longer it will be and they said they are running behind. Customer started yelling at them and left without the vehicle being serviced. The other client before me had an appt at 8.30 and was done by 10.45. I don't know why do they even make the appts when they cannot go by the appts. This was my first and last time with Belle Tires and will never do any business with them again.

Talked to one of the service writers about the problem and asked if he could have one of his guys put air in the tires, he said there would be a wait, I said that's fine, then he said, "THE WAIT WILL BE ABOUT 4 HOURS". What a joke, I went 4 blocks away to DISCOUNT TIRE, they were overflowing with customers, but the service writer had my tires checked and filled in 5 minutes. I highly recommend "DISCOUNT TIRE".
