As there were trainees on site, direction and answers to new team members were handled calmly and clearly. The trainees' understanding was positively confirmed, and corrections were given as needed.

Glad I did, I could tell the difference in how smoothly my car functioned. They also guided me on another issue I have been experiencing. While it was not a service I could get there, I was assisted in how to proceed. These three men who worked with me made me feel totally confident I was at the right place with the right people. Thanks guys.
- TTTiffanyMar 16, 20261.0I went to the Valvoline in Bethalto to get an oil change, but they were unable to open the hood of my car. They even tried using a screwdriver. I attempted to explain that the hood release lever in my car moves the opposite direction and that it often causes confusion—usually my husband comes with me and pops the hood open without any issues. However, they insisted the lever was broken and said there was nothing they could do. I then drove down the road to the Valvoline in Wood River, where they had no trouble opening the hood at all. I’m currently getting my oil changed here without any problems.
