They never "push" products or services that I do not need, even ones that I ask them to check for -- an open door for many oil change businesses to charge me for something that isn't necessary in the first place, but not my local Valvoline. I call that INTEGRITY. I feel that I can always trust their recommendations, and when I leave I know they've taken good care of my car. I am a senior citizen and know good service when I see it. They are outstanding.
