  Had a rock chip on the side of my windshield that I couldn't see until it cracked when hitting a bump. Needed a replacement and this location was great. They called me to help with my insurance (Progressive). I requested through my insurance that I would like OEM factory replacement windshield for my 2021 chrysler pacifica. The insurance was giving me a tough time. I explained my situation to safelite and told them I only want to spend my deposit no more. After a day I went in for my appointment and they took care of all the issues. I recieved OEM factory windshield and only had to pay my deductible. When I arrived I was greeted and explained to what the procedures were and how long it would take. I was offered coffee water and access to wifi. Everyone there was courteous and respectful of my vehicle. I was explained the precautions to take for the next few days to protect the curing process. They also took my existing vehicle stickers toll passes and any other stickers and reattached with caution in the same location. Thank you Safelite for your professionalism and time and efforts to making sure i had a seamless experience with no issues.

  Team at the Berwyn location is running a tight operation, took care of business with professional courtesy and speed. I was able to get a same-day repair. My chipped windshield looks like it never happened and I was out the door before the end of the episode of Judge Judy that was playing in the waiting room. Under $200 is a great price for this service, no pressure to upsell or add windshield wipers etc, just a solid experience.
