  4/14/26 came in for brakes at 12:30 didn’t leave until 4:00 . Poorly staffed. Terrible communication. Bad customer service. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. This place isn’t worth the hassle. Beware !!! The seating area is disgusting . The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in days.The water is hot . Not worth it . Go anywhere else but here.

  Outstanding customer service and a great experience from start to finish. Emanuel Veloz went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He clearly explained my options and helped me get the best deal for my car. He’s a rare jewel. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The service was quick, professional, and everything was done on time. One doesn’t usually find this level of service these days. Thanks to Emanuel and his team, I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

  I came in because other shops couldn’t get the lugs nuts off the passenger rear tire to change it because a nail was inside. The service was nice and efficient. The guys were friendly and helpful for them beginning. I would recommend them because of the integrity that they showed and you don’t have to worry about being cheated and if you have an issue they’ll resolve it. Talk to Andy.

  Prefacing by saying that the front counter gentlemen, Emanuel and another man, are kind and helpful as can be. I needed a new right rear caliper and my entire rear brakes replaced. $800- okay no problem. not even a month later WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AT 60/70 MPH, my new caliper fell off (wasnt torqued down all the way) and was dragged for about 10-12 miles before I could safely stop. along with one of the brake pads they replaced falling off and being lost completely. I had 0 brake fluid left and was SO incredibly lucky to not cause any accidents. I will not be bringing any vehicle back, although the front counter men were very kind thru the whole thing. Incredibly unacceptable when we basically paid my rent to get this car fixed.
