  The worst location for enterprise - worst experience I’ve ever had with enterprise Rent-A-Car No usually everybody is professional and experienced but the manager at this location looked at my ID and saw the glow in the dark security was a little faded you had to hold it closer to the light and because she thought that wasn’t glowing in the dark enough decided to nearly refuse my rental basically thinking it was a counterfeit or fake ID ! She made me wait as she called her risk management person who of course after a long wait said it was fine. This is ridiculous how do you work in the rental car business looking at IDs and not realize that if the security glow-in-the-dark feature is there that means it’s real ! these things fade it’s not all of a sudden a red flag. complete inexperienced management staff even when the other employees clearly saw it and had no issue with it. I’ll be having my insurance company review the contract they have with enterprise at this point it’s completely inexperienced amateur hour at this location.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Kvaughna M. Hayes, from the Berwyn, IL location, for the outstanding service she provided during my recent rental experience. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful in addressing every situation that came up.   This is the absolute worst enterprise location. I’ve been here three times in the past month and each time they tried to charge me the highest amount and was rude anytime I needed help. I went over to the Westmont location and they found me a cheaper rate and nicer car all three times. Berwyn’s location is 11% taxes (Westmont area is 6%). The service and rates are not worth it!! Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go to a different location.
