While driving home, I noticed a noise when I turned on the air conditioning and when switching the airflow from the rear vents to the front vents. The next day, I called because they told me it was under warranty. They told me to bring it in for them to check it at 1 PM. I sent my wife since I was working, and what they told her was, "We never touched that; that's your problem. That sound is normal," even though it's well known that It is very likely that the noise when you turn on the ac or changing airflow (from "rear" to "head") after changing the windshield is due to something becoming disconnected, loose, or blocked during installation, such as a cap, hose, filter, or even a blender motor, or dirt getting into the ducts; the key is that handling the glass may have affected components near the ventilation system . I understand that accidents happen, but they didn't even take responsibility. I arrived with a brand new 2024 Mazda CX30 with no noises, only a small crack in the windshield, and they gave me more problems and no help whatsoever. Those workers are definitely not professionals .
