  Came in for a tire challenge and left with 4 new tires at a great price. The staff was kind and walked me through the reason for recommending new tires. I was appreciative that they took the time to show me the need. I have been using JustTires in Berwyn for as long as I can remember and they have always honored the warranty/insurance (in the past) and take pride in their work. Feeling great as they finish the installation….

  This place is horrible. They discriminate with certain customers. They have horrible customer service. They are not helpful. One time i waited for 5 hours for an oil change. Go find another place you will get better service than here.

  If you like to save yourself some time and appreciate good customer service do not go to just tires I booked an appointment for 2 tires replacement a week in advance and I was asunder that since my appointment was at 9 o’clock when they first open and it was a straight forward service i would not be there long. I arrived at 8:40 and there was 6 people’s with the same appointment. So I asked the service guy how long will I be there and he said that he did not know and they are short staffed and I will just have to be patient. It is now 12:00 o clock and I’m still waiting on my car to be serviced. I will not recommend Just Tires to anyone.

  Emanuel was an extreme help; got me in and out extremely fast and was able to get me brand new tires with warranty for a great price; I will definitely be coming back this is now my go to tire shop!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 10 am 1/31/26. I drove 17 miles from my house to this place only to be told they were short staffed due to call ins and that the wait was going to be 2.5 hours or more. The guy at the front offered an appointment 2/1/26 at 12pm stated they should be fully staffed. Okay, so I call before going, because I didn’t want to take the drive again and be told they were short staffed like the day prior. When I talked to him he said it should take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my tires rotated me aligned. Well, I’m sitting there for 1hour and 30 minutes and my car is still sitting in the lot. When I asked him how much longer he said they were getting the people that came in with concerns on their tire pressure out of the way. So, what about my appointment and my wait time? Please , save your time and money and avoid this place. I wasted time out of my only two days off and got nothing done. I will be contacting the corporate office.
