  I had my front brakes/rotors replaced today and the tires rotated and balanced. Everytime I'm here Andy and his crew are amazing!! His technicians Alex and Nathan were so fast!! I was in and out in no time and back on the road!! These guys know what they're doing and the customer service is second to none!! Thanks guys!! You're the best!! 💯💯💪💪

  The store manager Guillermo and assistant store manager Andy were very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was great. I had all my tires replaced and had an alignment.

  Got appointment at 10am supposed to be done by 11am. Job was done believe it or not at 1:30pm Asking them about estimate time for the service after already spent 1 hour of waiting and got an answer that they have multiple appointments at same time ( got confused wondering what is the point of appointment then). After more time ( about 2 hours of waiting) asked them what is going on and answer was that there is now 3 cars before me ( they keep putting people in front of the line by some kind of either unprofessionalism or careless. So honest review: Slow and unprofessional service.

  Terrible service in the store, I made my appointment a day early, arrived on time, and was told me my car would ready in two and a half hours for wheel alignment services. I arrived to pick up, but my car was still in the parking lot, they told me it would be ready in half an hour, it took another hour and a half for them to get in serviced. It took four hours!!! What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re going to give you terrible service whenever they want!!! Or is it because I’ve already purchased the 3-Year program ?!

  A month ago, I called to schedule a tire alignment under my three-year plan. After two calls, someone finally answered, said they were busy, but assured me my plan didn’t expire until March 2026. Today, I called again and was told it expired two weeks ago. If I’d been given the correct info the first time, I would’ve come in and used it. Instead, I was brushed off when they were busy, and now I’m out of luck. And before i get the typical corporate reply “please contact the store” I already did. I spoke to Andy today, and the answer was simply that my plan expired. That’s exactly the problem. I hope management takes this seriously, because being misinformed shouldn’t cost a customer their paid service.
