I want to send a special shout out to Mr. Dennis. (Back story) Before I came here I was previously maybe less than a block away at a place called JUST TIRES. I'm going to blast them on their own review, because they are (JUST TIRED, JUST TERRIBLE (New word alert) JUST TORRIBLE, Terrible and Horrible had a baby) I've been to Just Tired 3 times and every time I went they couldn't get my service until half a day. (EVERY TIME?) This last time I went to get an oil change I waited half a day, and they told me they wouldn't do it, because I a little over the due from their last oil change. (Clowns) I Left in unbelief and just so happen to run into this jiffy lube and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Mr Dennis for restoring my faith.

Andre, Dennis, Joe, and Cordero stayed patient, worked together, and eventually got the bolt off successfully. You can tell these guys actually care about doing the job right. Super professional, honest, and respectful the whole time. Situations like this separate a good shop from a great one, and they handled it perfectly. I really appreciate the effort they put in and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
