I’m only giving 2 stars because me and my boyfriend have been renting from there for a year before new management and all. May I just say the new management is TERRIBLE ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE! They barely explain anything it seems forced as if they don’t want to help you fr…Teagan however you spell it we complained about her to management who is by the name of Ka’Vaughna (however you spell it) her attitude is bipolar ! Yet Teagan is still there, they messed up our online portal for us to extend our rental to keep it extra days so we had to keep calling and sometimes they took forever to answer which led us to call customer service and customer service gets payments mixed up and when you go to them about it they don’t have much to say because customer service isn’t on the same page with the locations. $300 security deposit plus the rental itself so expect to pay almost $500 for 2 days to 3 days NO EXAGGERATION!! You can use any debit card but their cars aren’t the best they either need oil changes bad tires and they either have odors like a chemical and they don’t clean them all the way neither.

She explained everything clearly, handled the rental quickly, and made sure I was taken care of. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. I really appreciated her customer service and the positive attitude she brought to the experience. Presley made this one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!
