- AGAnallely Galan5 days ago1.0I’m sorry but at no point did anyone explain that a diagnostic was done to my vehicle I believe the exact words were “your vehicle is old and when the weather gets colder, older vehicles tend to have issues” and Kept saying my car is old and my battery may be old. I was just upset on the way you guys handled everything especially with unnecessary comments made over the phone. Stating that “maybe you guys didn’t jumpstart the car right” when it’s a new battery pack that can jump diesel trucks and “your vehicle is old” it’s the way it was said very rudely. Also, if you guys do free diagnostics, thinking my car is “old” why not do it in the beginning and refuse to work on it if it was as bad as you claim. Again I had to go back twice to get the issue resolved even after i got a new battery. I’m not trying to complain just want to clear what happened up. Again I feel like it could’ve been handled differently that is all especially when my car wouldn’t start and you guys did not want to cover the tow there or even a fraction of it when I did not have issues with my car prior to this.

We dealt with Neal he was very knowledgeable and efficient and made the experience very easy. I want to give him a shot out because when I called in for a quote on on of the vehicle I didn’t give accurate information but he still honored the price he quoted me. Who does that these days he went above and beyond to take care of us and both cars were done in a few hours. The store is spotless and the employees are very knowledgeable and prices are the best, no need to shop for prices since they had the best prices and A1 service. I would use them again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed when you use this company. Great business and exceptional customer service.

They sell and install dash cams, car stereos, and remote starters. For as far back as I can remember ABC has been in Berwyn, I remember going there as a kid when they were on the corner of Harlem and Cermak dumpster diving for speaker wire and discarded speakers 😂. It’s good to see the business continue on after 30+ years
