- LTLaMDA TakeoverDec 4, 20255.0Willy and Umberto!!! Two of the best sale's associates and customer service providers. I came in looking for some tools, and right when I entered the building, even being packed, they greeted me. Once Willy was free, right away helped me, and when I stepped outside, and entered the store back, Umberto took care off the last bit of transaction since Willy was helping another customer. Both worked well as a team and when I asked them to let me borrow a tool, they also provided me with the right tools without hesitation. Do stop by here if other autozones don't go above and beyond like these two.

- JVJay VasquezNov 24, 20251.0I came to this location just needing a simple battery swap for my key fob, and the older Hispanic man working there was unbelievably rude and disrespectful from the moment I asked for help. He acted like I was bothering him, gave me attitude, and made it clear he didn’t want to do his job. He offered zero help and was completely unprofessional. I ended up going to the AutoZone down the street, and they took care of it in less than 2 minutes with no issue at all. That’s how I know the problem wasn’t the task — it was the employee at THIS location. This store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you want to be treated with basic respect, go literally anywhere else. This place needs to seriously retrain their staff or replace them altogether. Terrible employees, terrible service, never coming back.
