They checked the battery and the alternator and determined it was my battery that was causing the problems. The sales person helped me choose the best battery for my car. He then installed my battery for free! He had trouble removing the old battery because the retaining bracket had rusted and he had a hard time removing the bracket. I was so impressed by how he diligently worked on it until he was able to remove the bracket without breaking anything, lol.. I am so sorry that I cannot remember his name. But he was so friendly. I now only go to Advance Auto Parts in Bensenville for all my car needs.
