  Great place to rent a car, but dont expect to get what you want in the end becouse of their options at the last minute of the pickup. Applied to get a full size sedun end up getting a mid size sedan, not a problem but be ready for that FYI 😎

  Jalisa has been the kindest, warmest, most helpful person that we have ever encountered at Enterprise. She helped us get home to Oregon state (after coming to IL due to my mom having a stroke) and assisted us with every single hurdle we encountered along the way. From our first car not being big enough to needing to extend our return date multiple times due to unfortunate and unpredictable circumstances, she came through for us every time. I absolutely cannot thank Jalisa enough, and anytime I need to rent any car going forward, she will be the one that I call! Thank you Jalisa!

  I definitely recommend Enterprise if a rental is needed. Customer service is amazing and for me customer service is everything.

  I was treated very courteously and respectfully my questions were answered to my satisfaction, it was an enjoyable experience, I will come back again
