When I dropped it off the guy said he couldn't find my file. Only a few moments later he said the problem was that my name is mixed up with another woman with a 2024 Kia Soul. I didn't think anything of it as long as I turned the car in the way I found it and I'll get the $300 back. Now in October I get something in the mail saying that I'm responsible for $2400 worth of damage to a 2024 Hyundai Kona front panel. I've never even seen one on the lot. Either a customer hacked the system or someone is going to lose their job.
