    I love this place but 2 of the ice dispensers on the soda fountain have been broken since approximately may 2025. Then the 3rd broke so no ice at the fountain. You have to go to the other side of the store and get ice at the coffee area and then come back to fill your cup. This sucks when you are in a hurry and have back problems that Limit walking quickly. I also bet at this rate, it's only a matter of weeks before the final ice machine breaks. Here in Nov. 2025 I really don't think they have any plans for repair.

    Coming from AZ, I was so happy when QuikTrip finally opened here in IL. My excitement has been short lived because the brand I once loved and respected is no longer a thing. RIP. This location is dirty, constantly has the drink machines out of order, and today they had NO donuts as of 10am. What is going on? I won’t be going out of my way to visit again if these are the conditions and the standards have fallen so low they are practically on the sticky unmopped floor of this place. BYE.

    This place is going to shit fast! The place is filthy, especially the mens restroom, half of the soft drink dispensers do not work, and for the past two weeks there's been no DEF at the diesel pumps. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because most of the staff is friendly!
