Not worth the hassle or nearly getting into confrontation because it's complete chaos at the pumps. My husband was threatened with a gun by someone who was tired of waiting for a pump. Ridiculous!!!!! I've seen people get into arguments and seen car windows get busted

Three times (in the past five days) I came here for iced mocha Nitro coffee and three times the coffee tapper was dry. The day prior to that, it was closed for cleaning. Close the fountain drink machine instead, because it's a diabetes factory. News flash: Clean your coffee machines during the third shift, NOT the second, which is when I usually show up for this delicious coffee. As a CK store manager driving back into the city from Gurnee. I greatly understand the importance of running out of products. However, I am the customer here, and I expect plenty of iced Nitro mocha coffee waiting for me every afternoon. There are plenty of CSRs on the premises who should be accommodating my request. If I ran out of coffee, then I would slap a "out of order" sign on the spigot. Just a thought, considering that this QT is a truck stop! Luckily, I never have this problem with the Addison QT. And their Nitro coffee is fresh, not sour like at this facility. Good riddance. Bellwood is a dangerous neighborhood, anyway.
- MSMarty SingerNov 20, 20253.0I love this place but 2 of the ice dispensers on the soda fountain have been broken since approximately may 2025. Then the 3rd broke so no ice at the fountain. You have to go to the other side of the store and get ice at the coffee area and then come back to fill your cup. This sucks when you are in a hurry and have back problems that Limit walking quickly. I also bet at this rate, it's only a matter of weeks before the final ice machine breaks. Here in Nov. 2025 I really don't think they have any plans for repair.
