The staff is unprofessional and clearly unhappy with their jobs. I walked up to the register and the associate said "what's up?"--clearly slightly annoyed. I told him that I need a brake light for my Kia Sorento and he said inner or outer? I said I didn't know. I'm pretty sure he was supposed to go outside so he could check out my car and see which one I needed. Instead, he looked at me with frustration and just went to grab a pack with both. This is the second time their staff made me feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's because I am a woman--perhaps a black women, but their employees need customer service training immediately. It is the closest location to my house. I shouldn't have to drive further just because you all choose to hire just anybody. Very disappointed!

Fortunately because of the help I received from Tony, I left feeling calm. Not only did he help get the right battery but also put the battery in my car. The terminals needed cleaning and he assisted me with that. It’s nice to know that I can walk into the store not knowing anything about a car and finding someone who cares enough to make sure my car is in safe condition to drive. Kudos to Tony and to your store for exceptional customer service.
