    When you call placed on hold. And wait then go to the store that’s 1/2 a block away. And the employee’s are texting or talking on there cellphone. Just close the store now before you go down with lack of sales. Good luck. You lost my business that’s fore sure I’m going to Napa auto parts.

    My right headlight went out on my 2017 Jeep compass so I stopped by after work for them to take a look valentin was the person that assisted me he was super friendly turns out my bulb was just loose. He fixed it right away and he asked me was there anything else I needed on the vehicle? He checked my windshield wipers in which I needed them to be replaced and I got some windshield wiper fluid as well thank you so much for being kind and very helpful. I would recommend this AutoZone to everyone I know.

    My dad recently went to this AutoZone location and had a really unpleasant experience. The employee helping him (his name was David) was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of being helpful, he kept speaking in English the entire time even though it was clear my dad was struggling to understand, and his attitude was disrespectful. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service at this location. The last time we called, the staff also had a bad attitude. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. AutoZone employees should treat customers with respect regardless of language barriers. We came in expecting basic help with auto parts and instead got attitude. Hopefully management addresses this because it’s disappointing to see this type of behavior happen more than once.

    One of my Camry SE headlights was out and I stopped into AutoZone Saturday 2/21 and was glad I did, great customer service. They had the headlights available and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.
