Allie was THE BEST, she walked us through the whole procedure from start to finish. She updated us on every thing being done. She also worked for us kept in touch with the other persons insurance so we wouldn’t have to deal with them on the repairs being done and looked out for our best interest. Great place

- MPMiss Hiss ProductionsOct 16, 20245.0These guys are SUPER honest! Long story short, my car died in a parking lot in Cedar Lake - they towed me to Tom & Ed's in Beecher as that is where I live. Now the dealer in the past year when this happened to me replaced my starter TWICE within one year, and changed wiring at one point - causing a lot of money out of my pocket (the second starter was covered but still annoying) - I told these guys my story from the dealer and that I am not going back to them as I did not trust the dealer anymore. They took their time and checked out EVERYTHING - the starter, wires, ignition - everything to make sure there were no issues - it turned out to be a bad battery cell in my car. So all I needed was a new battery - all that time they took to check everything out I thought my bill would still be huge - but nope - they were fair and charged what I felt was proper and not crazy at all. I KNOW the dealer would have given me a ton of labor costs. So I will never be going back to the dealer again - it's Tom & Ed's for everything from now on! THANK YOU!!!!
