Allie was THE BEST, she walked us through the whole procedure from start to finish. She updated us on every thing being done. She also worked for us kept in touch with the other persons insurance so we wouldn’t have to deal with them on the repairs being done and looked out for our best interest. Great place

Got the the car back with scratched all over and the car still pulling left. Tried bringing it back several times only to have the police called on me for trespassing. The owner is now refusing to finish the car, and now I have to have the additional damages they caused to the car to be repaired myself.
- RTRyan TorkelsenMar 30, 20211.0Brought my car in to get the drivers window looked at because it would roll down but then come off the track as it went up, they called not even 30 mins after I dropped it off saying it was a motor and a regulator, they didn't even have the car long enough to actually take the door panel off n diagnose the problem, I think the mechanic just assumed if he said it needed both of them he wouldn't have to try to figure out the real problem, and when I came to get my car the hood was popped in the parking lot, there is no reason for a hood to be popped for them to fix my window, and even if there was it's pretty unprofessional for them to have me pick my car up and leave the hood popped in the parking lot, and to top it off when I asked why noone could give me an answer and the mechanic who looked at it was on a "test drive" I will never bring my car to a place like that again and if you don't want to get ripped off I wouldn't either
