Regrettably, I found his demeanor to be unprofessional. During our conversation, he kept both hands in his pockets while addressing me, which conveyed a lack of respect—especially in a professional setting and in the presence of a customer. As a client and business partner, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Moreover, he made little effort to understand the issue or offer any meaningful resolution. This interaction was disappointing and falls short of the standards we expect from a Branch Manager at the Bedford location.
