- AFAmanda FenskeJan 2, 20261.0Beware- they will not honor warranty and they don’t do their own work: I paid for a transmission replacement and received a rebuilt transmission from another company, unknowingly. A 3rd party confirmed major issues with the rebuild, and the warranty was not honored. I was out $5k with major shuttering on the vehicle. Reliable said there was nothing they could do, despite the receipt and warranty being through them. I will never take another vehicle to them. They had me drive back and forth several times, even and hour away for the second opinion on my son’s birthday, and then did nothing about the diagnosis. Horrible.
