  He didn't have what I was looking for I peeked in the window and look her like Harley-Davidson threw up in there advertised on the internet that they have all these different motorcycles that are the only thing they've got Harleys so if you want to use Harley it's probably a nice place if you're looking for anything else that might say they have on the internet don't bother !

  Terrible was my experience this guy and his word are NO good.. had an agreement handshake man to man and sent a bum out to change our deal at the last minute..I wouldn’t recommend buying or selling a pack of gum with this shop.. zero integrity

  Very shady business practices take place at this dealer ship. The president Ed, agreed to buy a bike from me for a price we both agreed on after he personally reviewed my motorcycle. Then he totally ghosts me and doesn’t pickup my phone calls the following days. About 5 days go by and I finally get ahold of Ed. He says the deal is still good and he is on the way… an hour later his lap dog arrives at my house with his own cash offer. He bashed my motorcycle and walked circles around it for 40 minutes to finally offer me $1500 less than what the owner and I agreed on. Waste of time, effort, and energy dealing with these incompetent motorcyle salesman

  I was in the market to purchase my first bike, and was stoked to find CCM in my neighborhood. Since we always love to support local, we stopped in to see what they had. I was greated Patty who set me up with Diesel to look at their stock. I explained i was a first time rider and buyer. Diesel took his time to show me some bikes that would be great for my build. He took his time to explain different features that each bike had and had me sit on a few for feel. I ended up going with an 09 HD Heritage Classic. Big Ed got me all squared away and the Paperwork was a breeze! I've spent more time trying to buy a computer than I did here. Painless and easy! I have had to bike for almost a month now and love it! I had a very minor issue that was handled with the professionalism you would want from any place of business. A quick fix, handshake and "we got you!" was all that was needed. I highly recommend CCM and look forward to buying another bike in the very near future. Thank you Big Ed, Patty, Diesel and Lawrence for everything!

  I can't speak more highly of our experience buying our first Harley Tri Glide Ultra from Chicago Cycles Motorsports. Their pricing, friendliness and willingness to work with us, their ability to answer all of our questions to have the peace of mind to make the purchase, and then to have them deliver the bike for us made our experience the best one we've ever had.
