    First person I spoke to was real nice mentioned free alignment (or so I thought) so I just said sure. He leaves, the guy checking me out says oh just the alignment check was free. So they went ahead and aligned the tires and added on 90 dollars for that and 40 dollars for a 1 year alignment protection plan.... So maybe I misheard the first guy about the alignment but they never told me the cost before just going ahead and doing it. As well as the 40 dollar coverage. I had a rough time last time I went here I gotta remember to just stop coming to this place.

    Needed an oil change, needed a place that I could wait. Called and got in right away. Not only did I get the oil done, but they discovered really dirty filters so got those replaced. Had air put into the tires and did a rotation to boot, free lifetime with tires. Super pleased.

    Kevin was super helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience stellar. He was super knowledgeable and approachable. I will definitely be returning to Belle Tire Batavia for future services.

    I cannot say enough good things about this location. If you are old enough to remember how people used to be courteous, greet you with a genuine smile and actually care about your problems then this is the place for you and anyone you care about. The managers name that I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with was Mr. Kevin Callaghan , if you have any questions or concerns he will explain fully and fix them in short order. I wish I was better with words, all that i can say is if you need tires or excellent service in Batavia this is the place to go. In a world where most places we are gouged or taken advantage of theres a place where trustworthy, professional service with a smile still exists and that is here at Belle Tire Batavia

    Definitely recommend this shop! Kevin was super helpful and friendly. Got a full set of tires and an alignment and they easily beat other shops around on pricing. Lobby is super welcoming with comfy seats while you wait. Also popped in for a headlight replacement and they got that done easily even with my light being a pain to replace.
