Not only did I get the oil done, but they discovered really dirty filters so got those replaced. Had air put into the tires and did a rotation to boot, free lifetime with tires. Super pleased.

If you are old enough to remember how people used to be courteous, greet you with a genuine smile and actually care about your problems then this is the place for you and anyone you care about. The managers name that I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with was Mr. Kevin Callaghan , if you have any questions or concerns he will explain fully and fix them in short order. I wish I was better with words, all that i can say is if you need tires or excellent service in Batavia this is the place to go. In a world where most places we are gouged or taken advantage of theres a place where trustworthy, professional service with a smile still exists and that is here at Belle Tire Batavia

Lobby is super welcoming with comfy seats while you wait. Also popped in for a headlight replacement and they got that done easily even with my light being a pain to replace.

The location seemed to be in a bit of disarray but despite that Kevin still provided a great experience. The main thing that stood out as kinda unpleasant was when I spoke to someone else at the front since Kevin was sick and he was complaining about everything. Like I get it but kinda seems unprofessional to voice your frustrations w/ me when Kevin provided a good experience especially when some of them were about Kevin. In my eyes Kevin you did a great job even through the stress of the black friday event and someone being a little upset (me) when a lady at the front up to 2 hours and I didn't get my car back that day. Kevin went through found what was wrong where things were miscommunicated and helped me from there. Thanks again Kevin.
