Called to check if they had my battery in stock and if they would install it, which is what is advertised all over their website, on the radio, and on TV. But the man on the phone said they do, but it's cold. So no. Here's my question.... When do most batteries fail? That is a bad bait-and-switch when service matters most. Poor move, Advanced... You were my go-to. Not anymore.

He looked at the part and said it's the same one they had in stock when I asked if maybe he can get the one they had to compare the two he said there's no need to do that and if it didn't fit I need to talk to the dealership even though I bought it from advance auto.
