    Took 30 min. Wouldn’t honor my coupon because they needed a login and at first didn’t want to contact a manager. Called after I left and said think they forgot my part. They weren’t sure … drove all the way back. Didn’t say if it was mine just ushered me out. Called to speak to a manager and he said he doesn’t know because he wasn’t servicing my car and he’s busy. Asked for his manager to call. Said he will give him my info but very doubtful. They’re rude go somewhere else.

    Larry and his crew were absolutely incredible. He’s a true professional and a genuine class act. The team managed to get us in right at open, which was perfect for my schedule. I really appreciate you for hooking us up with the works, and creating a seamless experience!

    It was very quick , did not hear from them about tire rotation , filter check and etc .. so I felt it was below average the service . If they’re running out of time to close the shop then could’ve informed me to come later the next day instead of rushing it was my thought Edit: I got a call from this customer care: connected me to their district manager and claiming I denied the service. Amazed to see how rude the district manager was. I never expected to receive such a response from the district manager. I advised back saying will hang up the call as there’s no fruitful conversation happening to resolve the issues for future customers. I would never visit this center next time definitely. Valvoline might be my least priority to visit next time. I’ll prefer Jiffy Lube or someone local provider than going with them. Thanks!

    This was my third time back within the last couple months. I got an oil change done and noticed a leak so we went back and the manager noted the leak and increased the torque. The car was still leaking and we noticed the the copper fitting was bent. Went back a third time and there was a new manager named Niko who started helping us. He denied that there was a leak even though we had a picture from 30 min prior of the leak and refused to let my boyfriend look at it with him. My boyfriend went inside to use the restroom and Niko told me I needed to “calm my little man down or else there would be problems”. At this point another employee named Larry stepped in to help us because we were also doing an oil change. He was way more respectful and kind and actually wanted to help solve the issue. He removed the bent copper fitting and attributed the leak to this fitting and said the car didn’t even need the fitting since the oil plug had a plastic fitting on it. If Larry had been helping us from the start he would receive 5 stars because he was so helpful, Niko on the other hand was rude and offensive and took no initiative to help us or take responsibility for the work we had done previously at valvoline.
