- MCMatt CApr 6, 20241.0Had been quoted a repair for my vehicle mid December. Was told a month until they would be able to get the part in and fix it. Spoke to them in January and got the same response, too busy and will be about another month. It is now April, 6 months of being tugged around and we had to finally give up and go to another place for repairs. If a $3500+ job is too small for you say so, don't jack your customer around and waste their time! In my opinion this is a bad business and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- LLLady LSep 21, 20225.0I had a dent in the truck of my car from hitting a garbage can. Bob's was able to get me in the next day for PDR service. They remove the dent without using paint and it looks like nothing was ever there. The cost was more than reasonable at a fraction of what everyone else quoted me nearby. I highly recommend Bob's, please stay away from Streamwood body werks.
